And thank you for visiting my website. If you’re like me, dedicated to sustainable development, I’d like to invite you on a journey through my adventures. On the way, we will meet many fascinating people, people from the industry, people from academia, people with a variety of competences. All united by one common goal. Sustainable Development. This website is dedicated to these people and will be run under the theme of ‘People of sustainable development’. Let’s go!
One of the first visitors to my new headquarters was Martin E. Vigild, a name very familiar to most in the world of education. Not only for his professional accomplishments in academia but also for his dedication to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (our first serious conversation actually took place at a Pride parade in Copenhagen).
Our conversation or brainstorming session rather, focused on the need to get many more involved in innovation and creating practical solutions to the most common challenges such as changing food consumption habits as well as reducing plastic waste. Volunteers, activists and entrepreneurs can be found among electricians, bricklayers, carpenters and also many other professions in the services sector.
If you’d like to say hello to Martin, you can do it here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/martin-e-vigild-b784464/
